Micrometric brass wire is purposed for cutout electric-spark machine with CNC manufactured by leading international companies from Japan and Switzerland.

Electrierosion cutting is a key technology in production process of molds, dies and other works.

For production of works with high accuracy at surface handling a high-quality wire is required because it functions as an electrode providing a reliable machine operation. Electrode-wire must have:

• a high precised diameter (longitudinal deviation can not exceed (-) 0,002 mm); 
• set strength and flexible properties; it must be rectilinear what warrantees uninterrupted operation of automatic insertion; 
• no any cracks, dimples or corrosion marks on wire surface.
