Note:
1. Fabric number indicates nominal number of warp yarns per running centimeter.
2. In double layer fabrics polyester monofilament is used as warp and weft of upper layer; in the bottom layer polyester monofil intersperse with polyamide one in the 1:1 ratio. If required by customer, weft material in the bottom layer can be polyester monofil.
3. Fabrics are produced as a seamed (endless) or seamless cloth. The following seams are used to seam a fabric in an endless cloth: loop seam (detachable), clipper seam (detachable), spiral seam (detachable), sewn seam with one deepen serge or double herringbone serge or wiven straight seam.
4. Endless double layer fabrics 15 m to 55 m long are a subject of grinding upon parties agreement.
5. Endless fabrics are supplied with cutoff edges only; non-seamed fabrics can be supplied with cutoff edges, non-cutoff edges or one edge can be cutoff and another one can be not cutoff. If required by the customer, the edges of seamed and non-seamed fabrics can be glued with a special adhesive polymer material in purpose to increase their strengthening (width of gluing is 8 to 30 mm).
