This kind of synthetic fabrics is used for formation of a paper web when producing cardboard and paper for corrugation above 112 g/m2.
Two-layer single fabrics woven of synthetic monofilaments, with a supporting weft (TS 13.96.16-017-00279597-2019) are designed for formation and filtration in pulp-and-paper and chemical industries, construction engineering, production of mineral fertilizers, machine engineering.
Polyester and polyamide monofilament is used for manufacturing of this type of fabrics.
Maximum fabric width - 7500 mm.
Maximum fabric length - 65000 mm.
Fabrics are made as cross-linked and non-cross-linked ones.
A woven stitch is used to connect the fabric to be an endless sheet
