Twisted metal wire woven meshes (TS 13.96.12-016-00279597-2019) are designed to be used in thickeners, vacuum-filters during production of pulp, cardboard, paper in pulp-and-paper industries and for conveyor belts.
When producing this type of mesh, there is used a wire made of tin-phosphorous bronze of БрОФ6.5-0.4 grade as per GOST 5017-2006
Maximum mesh width - 5000 mm.
Maximum mesh length - 40000 mm.
Fabrics are made as cross-linked and non-cross-linked sheet.
Gas-soldered line, sewed and buttonhole stitches are used to connect the twisted meshed to be an endless sheet.
