Theoretical clear opening with nominal wire diameter:
between warp wires: 0.469 mm
between weft wires: 0.399 mm
Twisted metal wire woven meshes (TS 13.96.12-016-00279597-2019) are designed to be used in thickeners, vacuum-filters during production of pulp, cardboard, paper in pulp-and-paper industries and for conveyor belts.
Stainless steel wire of high alloy corrosion resistant steel grades 12Х18Н10Т(9Т), 10Х17Н 13М2Т(3Т), 03Х17Н14М3, 08Х18Н10, 12Х18Н9, 03Х18Н10Т, 03Х18Н11 as per GOST 5632 or equivalents of these grades as per international standards are used for production of this type of mesh.
Maximum mesh width - 4000 mm.
Maximum mesh length - 40000 mm.
Meshes are made as cross-linked and non-cross-linked sheets.
Gas-soldered line stitch and buttonhole (detachable) stitch are used to connect the twisted meshes to be an endless sheet.
