This type of metal mesh is used for filtration, washing up and thickening of fibrous and other materials on vacuum drum filters.
Single woven metal wire meshes (TS 3651 - 040 - 00279597 - 2014) are designed for pulp-and-paper, coal, oil & gas, chemical industries, production of building materials, geology and environmental activities.
Stainless steel wire of high alloy corrosion resistant steel grades 12Х18Н10Т(9Т), 10Х17Н 13М2Т(3Т), 03Х17Н14М3, 08Х18Н10, 12Х18Н9, 03Х18Н10Т, 03Х18Н11 as per GOST 5632 or equivalents of these grades as per international standards are used for production of this type of mesh.
Maximum mesh width - 7500 mm.
Maximum mesh length - 40000 mm.
Fabrics are made as cross-linked and non-cross-linked sheet.
Gas-soldered straight and diagonal seams are used to connect single meshes to be an endless sheet.
