Our Technical Service Team started to diagnose paper machine wire tables with the new purchased FIBERSCAN Microwave Meter for the on-line measurement of consistency/water grammage on paper and pulp machine.

The measurement of the dewatering is important to evaluate the formation quality, and to optimize the bonding of the paper layers in the case of multilayer forming. First paper mills where such kind of service took place were JSC "Kondopoga" ans JSC "Solikamskbumprom" - big paper producers in Russia and our longterm clients.
