A Large-Scale Project of Equipment Modernization

A large-scale project of equipment modernization is being executed in summer 2011.

Within the framework of equipment modernization specialists of two German companies work at ROSSET plant this summer. This project can be bravely called the large-scale project – two programs are being carried out here simultaneously: upgrading of existing weaving loom for production of forming fabrics and assembling of the new loom for production of dryer fabrics.

In the course of updating a new automatic weft supervision and control system was installed on Jaeger (Germany) loom which was put into operation in 2004. In the meantime assembling and start-up of new Juergens (Germany) loom are at full pelt. This equipment is meant for production of heavy dryer fabrics.

New production capabilities will allow us to expand product range, to start production of fabrics with thicker yarns, and to improve quality of fabrics.
